If you need curtain tracks or brackets mounted into concrete, we have special tools to install them in NYC, primarily in Manhattan and Brooklyn. Typically you would need a rotary hammer with Bosch bits to be able to access the walls as typical hammer drills are not capable of drilling through concrete or don't make for clean, reliable installations.
